10/10 from the beginning until the end. Initial consult was in-person, Dr. G. was professional, knowledgeable and realistic. For the next 8 months Madelyn was my girl, she was patient and understanding, I never once felt unheard or pressured. She talked things through with me, listened and answered every last question I had. Pre op, day before surgery, Madelyn had everything ready for me, in office processes were smooth and efficient. I saw Dr. G, and again he was honest and present. That’s when I got really excited! Day of surgery everyone/thing was great, the post op nurse (who had reached out to me twice the previous week, explaining things and easing my mind) kept my mom updated throughout my procedure. Post op (and really the entire time) I NEVER felt like a number or just another pt., I was catered to by Madelyn, and anyone else in the office. My aunt even made the comment “ you can really tell he (Dr. G.) loves his job” referring to how he walked into him office, his positive attitude, how he treated his pts, their companions and his staff. Dr. G is not only a phenomenal surgeon, his a good person, his real and runs a great practice. Not one time was anyone/thing ever late or behind. My mom, who is a nurse, was so impressed by, Dr. G., his staff and their processes even scheduled a consult while we were there! And plans to book! Please note this is my second go around/revision (First time NOT with Dr. G, I repeat first surgery was NOT done by Dr. G.) And given the complications I had the first time, to say I was nervous would be an understatement. This experience beat any expectations and, I FELT SAFE IN DR. G’s HANDS.

My experience with Dr. G has been amazing! Kathryn and Krystal were amazing to work with in getting everything coordinated for my surgery. I was coming from out of state so it was important for me to know exactly what to expect. Dr. G is very honest and will recommend exactly what you need in order to get the result you're looking for. I had lost a great deal of weight and ended up getting a CTT, Lipo360 and Breast Auto augmentation. I ended up having 5 lymphatic massages while I was in FL after surgery and they help tremendously with my healing. Both Claudia and Elizabeth were wonderful therapists. I am currently 7 weeks post op and my results are amazing. I would recommend Dr. G to anyone and I will be back to see him again! Thank you Dr. G and your entire staff!

Dr.G is very honest and will tell you how it is. He ensures that patients understand everything that goes into their procedures. His team is very nice and prepare patients for the aftercare. Overall, really great doctor and team members

Where to start!! From the very beginning with booking my surgery till my last day at the office everyone at Dr. Giancarlo’s office was so welcoming and helpful! I am a mom of Twin boys and a little girl. After having my children my stomach was a reck. I had an umbilical hernia where my belly button was non existent and a huge separation in my abdomen. This affected my life tremendously, I had trouble keeping up with my children from the separation and felt so uncomfortable and self-conscious of my body. I was asked weekly when my next baby was due:( Dr. Giancarlo’s golden hands changed my life when he repaired my stomach to its formal glory! I am so happy with how my surgery turned out and to have a belly button again! When it comes to his staff both at the office and surgery center they go over and beyond to make you feel safe and answer all questions! Special shout out to Kathryn and Krystal in his office. Kathryn was so helpful with scheduling me and answering my million e mails! Krystal was so sweet with helping me get to my massage appointments. She even met me at my car for my first appointment and helped me walk to the office safely! It was truly a privilege to be a patient at this office and I will never forget how they have changed mine and my families lives!! You will not regret booking with Dr. Giancarlo!

I can’t say enough about this boutique style, plastic surgeon ‘s office. Dr. G is so patient and answers all of my questions. I’m from Illinois and fly down for my surgeries. I’ve had great experiences with his staff as well. They provide excellent aftercare. Carol Ann has been my recovery nurse twice now. She is amazing and I love that continuity of care.

I had my first surgery with Dr. G in June of 2022 and I absolutely loved my results. I found his staff very helpful and kind. I’m going back in July 2024 for 2nd surgery to get other things I decided to forgo the first time. Over these past 2 years I’ve had checkups with Dr. G himself and I’ve also been in constant contact with Kathryn, who is incredibly sweet, informative, and supportive. I decided to go back to Dr. G because not only does his work speak for itself, but I’ve had good experiences with his staff and I truly appreciate how strict his health and safety policies are. I know I’m in good hands.

Dr. G did an amazing job with my Aveli procedure. As a very busy working mom with 3 kids, I was concerned with the down time because I wanted to ensure I would be able to return to my daily activities, same day. He did a great job reassuring me before and during the procedure and I was in & out, in less than an hour! Best of all, I was fully awake so there was no downtime meaning I was still able to go get my kids from school right after with minimal soreness! I would definitely recommend Dr. G to anyone who is interested in the Aveli procedure for cellulites on the butt and thighs.

I started looking for a surgeon about 19 years ago. I did a total of six consultations and just could not pull the trigger. I did not like the boxy shape, the sunstar belly button scar or the TT scar placement while looking through their before and afters. I went through thousands of FB posts and followed several. I would read reviews and look at photos and would delete them if I read or saw something I did not like. I was leaning towards going to Mexico then I came across a post on their FB page mentioning Dr. G. I followed him for about a year. I liked every belly button, every scar placement and every comment. I read all the reviews and watched the live streams. His live streams were informative and on point. His results were not boxy but shapely, BBL were not overly stuffed. They are booties with a boost. My experience with D. G and his staff has been nothing short of exceptional. It was that way from my first phone call, to going into the office, to today 1 year later. Every time I went into the office I was addressed by my first name and a smile. Even if someone was on the phone they would look up and smile. Every time you talk to someone it's like you are the center of their world and you're catching up with an old friend. The day of surgery you have to stand in a room naked to get marked up. Talk about uncomfortable, but somehow they made you feel like you were fully dressed and you soon forgot that you are naked getting marked up. When I was in the operating room everyone introduced themselves with a smile and a kind hand on my shoulder. They made sure I was warm and comfortable. They asked me what kind of music I'd like to hear and told me jokes. Next thing you know you wake up in recovery with the sweetest woman who is holding your hand and smiling at you saying "you did so good you look great and you're going to love how you look!" Maria I think was her name. During my follow up visits Annie always made sure I was comfortable. Didn't matter if she was busy or not, she made sure to say hello, how are you feeling today? Can I get you anything? This was every single time I went in. Even the others that I did not meet would smile and say hello. Claudia and Elizabeth were my massage therapists, each with their own unique style of massage were so knowledgeable with tips for recovery and healing. These ladies are incredible and make you feel so much better. Once home my coordinator would call to check on me and answer my questions. Healing was better than I thought. I did so well that I went back to work two weeks after my surgery without any issues. I had the Mamacita. One year later I had my mammogram done. My tech said that this was by far the best results she has ever seen (30+ years). She asked to see all my scars so I showed her. She took Dr. G's contact info because women will often ask her who does the best work. My results are AMAZING! He truly does some awesome work. I would recommend Dr. G hands down.

My experience with Dr G and his office has been nothing but positive. I would recommend him to anyone looking to do plastic surgery. When I first had a phone consultation with Dr G he took his time to answer all my questions without me feeling rushed. He told me the best way to prepare is to live my best life and give him the best version of me possible. It was the best advice ever because it reminded me to work on myself mentally and physically and I truly believe this played a huge role in my great recovery. Dr G is very big on safety and it helped me feel comfortable. He is very strict with BMI and requires several tests prior to surgery. At first it seemed excessive but I actually really appreciated it and shows he genuinely cares about safety and this isn’t another FL chop shop. I had requested a tummy tuck but the day of surgery he stated he thought he could only do a mini. He said if I trusted him then he would make a decision once I was on the table on either doing a mini tummy tuck, full or would do one and a T scar. I left it in his hands with full confidence that he would do what is best and I am so glad I did. He ended up doing the most beautiful full tummy tuck with the thinnest and lowest scar. The reaction of my skin was questionable and he immediately suggest a cream and hyperbaric sessions. Since I trusted him, I followed every direction to a T and the results were amazing. He knew exactly what he was talking about. The customer support provided by his office exceeded my expectations. Dr G does social medias live sessions every week to answer questions and provide info. That is so valuable! They also provide resources for those that travel from out of town including the option to stay overnight with a nurse and transportation options. I also found that there were several follow up phone calls after surgery to check on me and provide guidance. Dr G’s wife Julia is the office manager and keeps things so organized. Anytime you need help she always makes herself available. My experience has been life changing and am so happy I chose Dr G. He has a true gift and ability to give people their confidence back. I am so happy that I actually am returning soon for an additional surgery. This is your surgeon !

I have to say that Dr G and his staff specially Krystal are the best. They have a wonderful bed manner. Dr G will always tell you his opinion and will never push for more than what you are asking but he will give you the best plan for your body. He will know what you are thinking about doing it and he will delivered exactly what you want and more. I had a tummy tuck and a breast augmentation I’m 10 weeks PO and I’m feeling great. I had a complication after my surgery when I went back home but Dr G told me no to worry that I will be okay. I came back to FL and without any questions he did a second surgery the same day. Now I’m so happy that I went to him I don’t know if any other doctor will have done so much for his patients as Dr G and his staff.
