I genuinely can’t say enough good things about Dr. G and his entire team. From my very first consultation all the way through surgery and recovery, I always felt like I was in the best hands possible. Dr. G isn’t just an incredibly talented surgeon, he truly cares about his patients and the outcomes they’re hoping to achieve. He took the time to answer every question, set realistic expectations, and made me feel confident every step of the way. His team deserves just as much recognition. Every interaction was met with kindness, professionalism, and genuine compassion. They were always quick to respond, supportive throughout recovery, and made what could have been an overwhelming experience feel manageable. The surgeries I had with Dr. G have completely changed my life. After losing over 300 pounds, I never imagined I could feel this comfortable in my own body again. Dr. G is a double board-certified plastic surgeon in Boca Raton, Florida, and I traveled from Colorado specifically for his "Mamacita Makeover." After researching many surgeons, Dr. G’s work stood out as artistry rather than just a procedure. His precision, vision, and genuine bedside manner confirmed my decision, and seeing him in person further solidified that I had found the right surgeon. The results are incredible, but the team's aftercare was truly the chef's kiss💋. It was ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Michelin Star-level service. The team provided the rehabilitation, support, and encouragement that turned a surgery into a truly life-changing experience. Every staff member played a vital role in my recovery, from the overnight support and thorough patient coordination to the expert scheduling and precise compression work. I especially appreciated the intentional, contouring-focused massages that helped ease my mind and body throughout the healing process. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Dr. G and his entire team. After losing 70 pounds, I still wasn’t happy with how I looked because of the excess skin. Dr. G listened to exactly what I wanted, gave me advice and suggestions but never pushed me in one direction, and gave me results that have exceeded my expectations. Six weeks after surgery, I already feel so much more confident. Every time I look in the mirror, I can’t believe the transformation, and I know my results will only continue to improve as I heal. The entire staff has been amazing throughout the process. They have been kind, patient, and always willing to answer my many questions, making me feel supported every step of the way.

An accident caused a terrible gash in my leg.... I needed surgery plus skin grafting and now I'm almost like I was before! His staff is gorgeous his office is gorgeous and he has an absolutely great bedside manner which comes in handy when you're scared to death. 5 stars. End of story.

Just got some Dysport last week in my bunny lines, crows feet and glabella- with a little brow lift. I’m looking 25 again:) thanks Dr G!

I want to start by saying this was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had with a surgeon’s office. From start to finish Dr G staff was wonderful. They are truly a staff that feels more like family. Any questions I had before my surgery was answered the same day I text, if it was a question that needed a little explaining my phone would ring and a in depth answer was provided, my first visit with Dr G was exceptional. He explained exactly what he seen and what I need to do to fix what was bothering me. That was in January, when May arrived I went in for pre op and thats when I truly saw how caring everyone was, I was so nervous and Melissa held my hand and told me I was in the best hands no need to be nervous. Dr G came in and went over everything again just to let me know he had it under control, also to enjoy the Memorial Weekend and relax. The day of surgery I came in and my nurse was there to greet me and off we went, my anesthesiologist came in and greeted me. We went over everything and he told me that I was in the best hands. It was smooth sailing from there. Dr G came in asked me again did I have any questions, I said “no I’m ready” we fist pumped and off to surgery we went. I woke up warm and no shivers, Carlos and my Nurse was right there to check on me and to make sure I was warm and comfortable. Dr G came in and told me everything was perfect. I made it back to my hotel and returned for my massage the next day. Massages was amazing both of my girls was just wonderful at their technique. Dr G is a exceptional doctor. His staff is exceptional. They are truly a unit. All on the same page. I’ve never experienced such a pleasant facility. Everyone in Dr G office deserves their flowers 🌺 Dr G your the best. I can’t express enough how grateful I am to Dr. G, Julia, and the entire team for my experience at the clinic. I travelled from Canada for a breast lift and augmentation with Motiva implants, and I couldn’t be happier with my results. After surgery, I had a few concerns about how I was feeling, and I was able to reach Dr. G immediately. He was attentive, reassuring, and also candid and direct, exactly what you want in a surgeon. During another visit to Florida, I booked Lumecca IPL for my arms and chest, as well as a Morpheus8 treatment on my face and neck, which Julia highly recommended. I didn’t see immediate results from Morpheus8, but within a couple of weeks my skin looked fantastic. What impressed me even more were the results from the Lumecca IPL. Years of sun damage and freckling had built up on my arms, and a few weeks later they were completely clear. It had been a real point of self‑consciousness for me, and the improvement was incredible. I would absolutely recommend this clinic, these treatments, and this team.
