Case Details

Patient unhappy with size and shape of previous implants. Exchanged from under the muscle to over the muscle with a smaller implant (from 615cc to 350cc) along with an internal bra mesh to improve position, proportion and harmony of the breasts. The circumferential bodylift was used to fix previous abdominoplasty and liposuction.
