47F after 150 lb weight loss wanted to rejuvenate her abdomen, breasts and buttocks. For her abdomen we did a circumferential tummy tuck to lift and contour her waist and entire lower body, for her breasts shje had previous implants which we removed and replaced with 415cc HP Sientra implants, and finally for her buttocks we did an autoaugmentation using her own tissues to provide volume.
