Highly recommend Dr.G and his wonderful team! I am still in disbelief from my results. I got a circumferential tummy tuck, lipo, BBL, breast augmentation, breast lift, internal mesh, and some facial balancing done. I had no regret even through the first few days of healing! Only HAPPY, THANKFUL tears. If you are thinking about booking, do it! I traveled from Oregon and am already planning my phase 2! ❤️ can’t wait to be back! Thank you Dr.G and team! 🥹🥹

I learned of Dr. Giancarlo Plastic Surgery from Instagram after seeing one of the accounts I follow go through dramatic weight loss and skin removal surgery. I, too, lost around 100 pounds more than 20 years ago and had simply accepted my loose skin and wore it as a badge of honor (even though it secretly bothered me). Once I saw the Instagram guy's transformation, I called and scheduled a consultation. Now, at seven weeks post-op, I feel amazing and have more confidence than I've had in years! I still have several months of healing to go through (and scar reduction), but I couldn't recommend Dr. G and his team more. If you've been thinking about removing excess skin, tightening your tummy, or having any other kind of procedure Dr. G provides, I promise you won't be disappointed!

I highly recommend Dr. G. I had a tummy tuck with 360 Lipo and he did an amazing job. I am extremely happy with my results. Having a natural looking belly button was a huge thing for me and he achieved that! Also the incision is perfectly straight! Olivier, his surgical coordinator is awesome! Always replies right away and is very helpful and kind. The rest of his staff, Melissa and Lexie are great too! Ari, the massage therapist was a godsend after surgery! You can’t go wrong with this practice!

Melissa, the receptionist, was always welcoming and made scheduling a breeze. Her friendly attitude made every visit enjoyable. Ari, the lymphatic massage therapist, played a major role in my recovery — she’s gentle, knowledgeable, and truly gifted at what she does. Also, I highly recommend the recovery faja from EmbodiedFajas by Julie — it made such a difference in comfort and support during my healing. If you’re thinking about cosmetic surgery, I 100% recommend Dr. Giancarlo and his team. You’ll feel cared for every step of the way!

I have struggled with my body for many years and my insecurities always prevented me from enjoying time with my kids on vacation by the beach or even at home relaxing by the pool with friends. Getting a tummy tuck and butt lift never seemed realistic with my career and having a busy schedule with young children. I had several consultations before meeting Dr.G and always walked out feeling unsure and nervous. During the consultation I knew right away Dr.G was the right decision. He had so much patience and explained everything to me so I was put at ease. I am a week today post op and I can't say enough how happy I am with the outcome. i’ve now had two separate procedures with Dr. Giancarlo McEvenue, and I am absolutely thrilled with my results. I’ve truly never felt this confident in my life! From the very beginning, Dr. McEvenue builds a warm and trusting rapport—he made me feel seen, heard, and completely cared for. The entire staff is incredible—so organized, attentive, and genuinely kind. Their full-service approach made the whole experience feel seamless, from hotel accommodations to massages and detailed aftercare. I especially recommend the overnight stay in the clinic following surgery. It gave me peace of mind and really eased the burden on my husband after my first procedure. I can’t recommend Dr. Giancarlo and his team enough. If you’re considering taking this step, you’re in the best hands possible!

I did a full Mamcita Makeover with Dr. G in April. Here's a breakdown of my experience! 1) When I initially reached out to his office months prior to scheduling, his staff was warm and positive. They quickly set me up with a consultation. 2) My initial tele-consultation was great! I'm out of state, so I sent photos for him to evaluate and he talked me through all my goals. He was so easy to talk to! I feel like it could be awkward to have a stranger looking at and dissecting your (very humbling!) nudes, but he has such A great sense of humor and I never once felt weird. 3) I did my pre-op clearance with my PCP. She said it was the most extensive pre-op blood work she has seen. This made me feel reassured that I was safe and he had considered all possible health impacts before undergoing such an extensive surgery. 4) There was some difficulty getting my PCP to send my clearance labs to Dr. G, and his office staff reached out directly to them and made it happen! So smooth, and I didn't have to keep calling them back asking them to forward my info to Dr. G! 5) When Dr. G was marking me up and examining me in person it was fun and he was so reassuring. That was the most nerve wracking time, being in the surgical gown and getting ready. But the staff at the surgery center was so warm and they went above and beyond. Post-op was a bit of a blur, but they sent me home after a couple hours in recovery and the worst part was just climbing into the car! 6) I was seen in clinic all throughout the week following surgery. There is a licensed lymphatic drainage massage therapist on staff. I swear she rung me out like a sponge- my swelling was so much less after she got her hands on me! Never once did she make me feel bad that I was leaking fluid all over the place. She fitted me for my faja (compression garment) and taught me some tricks for managing my drain. 7)I flew home day 6 post-op. I was sore and definitely swelled a bunch, but it was manageable and after a day of rest the swelling normalized. 8) I have probably written a dozen emails with follow up questions. I typically get an answer within a few hours and I always feel like my concerns are addressed, even if they're a bit silly and high anxiety! The whole team really puts your mind at ease. 9) I continue to shrink. The swelling is less and less. I'm just shy of 7 weeks post-op and I can see how the results will settle in. I'm thrilled! Some soreness remains, but never has it ever been bad enough for me to have a second of regret! 10) book it..do it. You won't regret it, I PROMISE!

I’m 4.5 weeks post-op (360 lipo, breast lift, and fat transfer to breasts) and already so happy with my results! As a native Boca Ratonian, I’ve researched many plastic surgeons, but after following Dr. G for over 3 years, I knew he was the one. I was originally supposed to have this surgery in 2021, but life had other plans—and honestly, I believe the timing now was perfect. Everything happens for a reason! I’m from out of state and had the mamacita makeover with Dr. G on 5/28 — and the entire experience was incredible. From the start, Lexi, my patient coordinator, was knowledgeable, helpful, and always available to answer questions. She truly went above and beyond to calm my nerves (multiple times) and make sure I felt informed every step of the way. Traveling for surgery isn’t easy, but Lexi made the process smooth and stress free. Melissa at the front desk was also amazing — kind, thorough, and super informative. Every interaction I had with the staff made me feel welcomed and cared for. Now, about Dr. G — he is simply next-level. From the first consultation, it was clear he’s not only an expert in his field, but also incredibly attentive, honest, and passionate about his work. He listened to my goals, explained the procedure clearly, and never rushed the process. On the day of surgery, I felt completely confident in his hands. NOT TO MENTION MY RESULTS ARE BETTER THAN I EVER COULD HAVE IMAGINED! Lastly, a special shoutout to Ari, the massage therapist — an absolute angel sent from heaven. She does so much more than just post-op massages. She cleaned and changed my bandages with such care and even threw in mini Spanish lessons during our sessions. She’s a gem! Overall, this was a phenomenal experience from start to finish. Dr. G and his entire team exceeded my expectations in every possible way.
